In 2017, as organic product distribution was still in its infancy, Emmanuelle Cassin launched Victor et Violette, an ecommerce site developed with PrestaShop. It features new routines from natural, sensory brands that adhere to a strict set of criteria. The online venture was soon followed by the opening of two physical stores.

The first store opened in 2018 in Bruguières, north of Toulouse; the second opened in 2020 in the Carmes district of the pink city. In 2023, following robust growth, the company relocated the original store to triple its space, adding a treatment room and workshops.

Today, Victor et Violette offers over 2,000 organic and natural products from renowned brands, artisans, and innovative companies.

Managing a phygital business

From the outset, Victor et Violette sought a POS system compatible with their ecommerce site. The success of Victor et Violette hinges on product quality—formulas, textures, packaging, advice, and in-store experience. Every detail is meticulously analyzed: brand performance, stock levels, sales trends, etc., thanks to statistics exported from PrestaShop POS.

With this unified system, the company executes its strategy seamlessly. Immediate access to consolidated results aids in refining promotions, scheduling campaigns, and taking real-time corrective actions when targets aren’t met.

Improving customer service

Victor et Violette is highly attentive to its local clientele. Here, too, PrestaShop POS helps consolidate the customer database and facilitate omnichannel usage. Customers can use the same account online and in both physical stores.

In-store clients receive receipts via email, or they can access them in their online purchase history. It’s a popular feature!

A scalable solution

Installing PrestaShop POS with Prestatill was quick and intuitive—even for non-tech-savvy staff. If needed, the support team is responsive and receptive to improvements.

Loyalty program in the pipeline
