Mikołaj Król

CEO

Taking open source ecommerce to new heights.

Mikołaj Król has spent a decade shaping the PHP ecommerce ecosystem through hands-on open source work. Starting as a Symfony developer in 2016, he soon focused on ecommerce and committed to building around Sylius. He co-founded BitBag with Damian Murawski, growing it into an 80+ person agency delivering tailored solutions worldwide. In 2023, BitBag became Sylius’s majority shareholder, with Mikołaj as CEO. In 2026, he became CEO of PrestaShop, bringing with him deep technical roots, a community-first philosophy, and a vision for open source ecommerce at European scale.

Damian Murawski

COO

Turning open source conviction into operational excellence.

With a robust background in ecommerce, entrepreneurship, and software engineering, Damian Murawski co-founded BitBag, one of the first commercial agencies implementing ecommerce solutions on top of Sylius, alongside Mikołaj Król. When BitBag acquired Sylius in 2023, Damian stepped in as COO, responsible for cultivating a strong internal culture, strategy execution, and day-to-day operations. He has since been appointed to the management board of PrestaShop, bringing a builder’s mindset and a lifelong commitment to open source.

Olivier Binet

Managing Director

Leading a platform that works for merchants — and with those who build it.

With more than 20 years of leadership experience across fintech, ecommerce, and digital transformation, Olivier has held key executive roles including CEO of Bridge, General Manager at FINOM, and Managing Director of International Markets at InPost, where he successfully led market expansions and strategic growth initiatives.
He joined PrestaShop in September 2025 to leverage this experience and lead the company’s next phase of growth, with a clear focus on keeping merchants at the heart of everything PrestaShop does.

Atalante de Vilallonga

Chief People and Legal Officer

Combining legal and people expertise to support the company’s growth and transformation

Atalante holds a Master’s degree in International Business Law and was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2012. She practiced for six years as an attorney specializing in restructuring and business litigation before moving into the tech sector as General Counsel, overseeing all legal matters including contracts, compliance, litigation, and M&A. Her responsibilities expanded to include human resources and public communications.
Atalante joined PrestaShop in 2022 as General Counsel. Since April 2025, she has served as Chief People & Legal Officer, leading both legal affairs and people management.

Pawel Visor

Chief Marketing Officer

To make PrestaShop stand out in the world thanks to the success of our merchants and the expertise of our community

With several experiences mixing the co-creation of startups (Hamalin.com in 2005 and Brainify in 2015), as well as the marketing management of companies of various sizes (Bivea in 2008 and Mydesign.com in 2010), Pawel specialized early on in the ecommerce sector.
He joined PrestaShop in January 2020 to bring a growth marketing vision, and help PrestaShop to grow.
In October 2022, he is appointed Chief Marketing Officer to structure and drive a marketing vision in line with PrestaShop’s growth and positioning objectives.

Thierry Chopard

Chief Payment Officer

Developing integrated and innovative payment solutions to support the growth of PrestaShop merchants and partners.

With a degree in engineering and management, Thierry Chopard has recognized expertise in the fields of embedded finance, payments, and fintech. Throughout his career, he has occupied management positions in innovative companies, driving growth strategies, strategic alliances, and the development of financial products and services.

Before joining PrestaShop, he served as CEO, CRO, and VP Business Development in fintech and payment companies, in which he successfully structured and executed complex marketing, expansion, and partnership strategies. His career now allows him to steer the range of payment solutions on offer at PrestaShop, with the aim of simplifying transactions and optimizing the experience for merchants and their customers.

Olivier Fontenelle

Chief Technology Officer

Leveraging technology to improve the business value delivered to our ecosystem

After attaining his engineering degree in Information Technology at Telecom SudParis, Olivier embarked on his career in the consulting industry at Accenture, implementing IT systems. Focusing on digital transformation, Olivier then held CIO positions at Thomas Cook France and Corum. He also served as a Senior Program Manager at Allianz, before taking on the role of VP of Engineering at Believe, managing the Customer Finances domain. Since July 2023, Olivier has been serving as Chief Technology Officer at PrestaShop.

Clément Paillasse

Chief Product Officer

Design best-in-class services to address Merchants, Partners and Experts needs

After graduating with a Master in Management from ESC Lille/Skema Business School, Clément honed his expertise in Product Management, working with companies as SFR, RATP, Photobox, and Aviv Group (SeLoger, Immoweb, MeilleursAgents).
Throughout his career, Clément has successfully managed a diverse portfolio of apps, websites, SaaS services, and internal tools. His responsibilities covered the entire product lifecycle, from launching new products to navigating challenges in scaling or dealing with legacy systems. Clément joined PrestaShop in 2023 as Chief Product Officer.
