Grow Together: We are not afraid to challenge ourselves and get out of our comfort zone. We had set highly structuring goals for the company (OKR), but we wanted to do even better. We have therefore completely revised them to mobilise teams across the board around a common ambition (North star)
Open: A member of my team was losing motivation. She started thinking about leaving PrestaShop. She was able to talk about it freely with her management. We were able to offer her internal mobility to make the most of her skills. We managed to retain this talent, who has since regained the desire to work with PrestaShop!
