What is the difference between the Classic offer and the Hosted offer?

Unlike the Classic version, the Hosted offer includes installation and hosting of your store, as well as a support package to help you set up your store with ease. The Hosted offer works as a monthly subscription, which is not the case for the Classic offer.

What does the Hosted offer contain?

PrestaShop (Hosted offer) is a complete subscription offer. It includes several essential services to start your online business (hosting, support, legal, payment, design, shipping, marketing automation, etc.), which is why it is a paid offer.

Do I need technical skills to use PrestaShop?

PrestaShop requires some technical knowledge, especially to install your store on a server. Last but not least, you’ll also need technical know-how to customize and adapt the store to your needs (or those of your customers).
