Paolo Fiorelli

Chairman and CEO of Fortidia and CEO of PrestaShop

Paolo Fiorelli joined MBE at the end of 1993. He has been Chief Executive Officer of MBE Italy and other European subsidiaries since 2001, CEO of Fortidia since its inception in 2009, and he became its Chairman in 2016. Paolo is also CEO of both AlphaGraphics Inc. and PostNet Inc., MBE’s US based affiliates.

Prior to MBE, Paolo was a Senior Executive with BNL Investment Bank and Coopers & Lybrand and founder and CEO of Finint Spa, a Western Union agent for Italy, Spain and UK (the company was ultimately sold to Western Union in 2011). He graduated in Business Administration from Luigi Bocconi University in Milan.

Éric Sénéchal

Managing Director

Drive the company’s development, seize new growth opportunities and maintain strategic partnerships

After graduating from EISTI, he began his career at Essilor International, where he was responsible for choosing new technologies within the IT department. He then took charge of the associated developments for ESSILOR Europe. After managing two agencies in the field of new technologies and ecommerce, he then founded a start-up specialized in managing the commercial performance of ecommerce sites. Thanks to his experience as a PrestaShop solution integrator and then as an editor, he joined PrestaShop at the beginning of 2020 as VP Engineering, then became CTO.

Annabelle Freret

Chief People Officer

To take up the challenge of hypergrowth by developing the potential of teams and the collective and to grow the values of PrestaShop.

After a Master’s degree in Business School and an MBA in Human Resources Management, Annabelle started her career in international mobility and compensation & benefits. Since then, she has taken on more extensive responsibilities in human resources management in France and internationally in groups with strong growth, retention and talent attraction challenges. Since 2017, she has held HR management positions in highly competitive sectors.
Annabelle joined PrestaShop in June 2022 as Chief People Officer with the mission to effectively address the structural challenges of a fast-growing company and accelerate the deployment of its strategy in a benevolent manner.

Pawel Visor

Chief Marketing Officer

To make PrestaShop stand out in the world thanks to the success of our merchants and the expertise of our community

With several experiences mixing the co-creation of startups (Hamalin.com in 2005 and Brainify in 2015), as well as the marketing management of companies of various sizes (Bivea in 2008 and Mydesign.com in 2010), Pawel specialized early on in the ecommerce sector.
He joined PrestaShop in January 2020 to bring a growth marketing vision, and help PrestaShop to grow.
In October 2022, he is appointed Chief Marketing Officer to structure and drive a marketing vision in line with PrestaShop’s growth and positioning objectives.

Sophie Ancely

Chief Sales & Operations Officer

Generate value for all our partners and support the growth of our merchants by deploying a high quality customer and partner experience, on a daily basis.

Since graduating from ESSEC MBA in 2001, Sophie always wanted to participate to the growth of online commerce. She joined actors such as HP or PayPal, in 2006, before creating her Fashiontech company – MyVestiaire.

During her 20 years in tech and ecommerce, including 11 at PayPal, Sophie set up and scaled sales teams for France, before taking responsibility for the development of PayPal in the Scandinavian region and being appointed Director Cross Border Trade in Europe, to grow the business generated by all international transactions.

Convinced that an inclusive and diverse culture generates richer ideas and leads to more robust execution, Sophie has been actively involved in the development of Diversity & Inclusion actions, for which she was a PayPal spokesperson.

Sophie joined PrestaShop in November 2022 as Chief Sales & Operations Officer.

Gianluca Gurgoglione

Chief Financial & Legal Officer

At the company’s side to manage PrestaShop’s financial and legal affairs.

After graduating in Economics, Gianluca first became interested in the energy sector: he joined ENI S.p.A. as an economic analyst and was later promoted to Financial Controller. After working in various countries in Asia and the Middle East, Gianluca returned to Italy to join MBE Group in 2017 as Group Reporting Manager; he was then promoted to the role of Region Controller, responsible for the activities in Italy and Worldwide, playing an active role in scaling the Group’s revenues and business lines.

Gianluca joined PrestaShop in March 2023.

Olivier Fontenelle

Chief Technology Officer

Leveraging technology to improve the business value delivered to our ecosystem

After attaining his engineering degree in Information Technology at Telecom SudParis, Olivier embarked on his career in the consulting industry at Accenture, implementing IT systems. Focusing on digital transformation, Olivier then held CIO positions at Thomas Cook France and Corum. He also served as a Senior Program Manager at Allianz, before taking on the role of VP of Engineering at Believe, managing the Customer Finances domain. Since July 2023, Olivier has been serving as Chief Technology Officer at PrestaShop.

Clément Paillasse

Chief Product Officer

Design best-in-class services to address Merchants, Partners and Experts needs

After graduating with a Master in Management from ESC Lille/Skema Business School, Clément honed his expertise in Product Management, working with companies as SFR, RATP, Photobox, and Aviv Group (SeLoger, Immoweb, MeilleursAgents).
Throughout his career, Clément has successfully managed a diverse portfolio of apps, websites, SaaS services, and internal tools. His responsibilities covered the entire product lifecycle, from launching new products to navigating challenges in scaling or dealing with legacy systems. Clément joined PrestaShop in 2023 as Chief Product Officer.
