Thanks Veika, i just got it fixed by changing path in the appropriate tpl file to a fullpath and it works just fine!

Hi i have a very special case here with hook_top and the above didnt help. Everything worked fine until a div with id "newsletter_block_left" appeared in my header and i have tried all kinds of things to get rid of it with no luck. How can i get the HTML page where this is so that i can delete it?

Hi, i have this same issue and have tried many many things from uninstalling and re-installing and configure the module to send test from Advanced parameters > Email and no it didnt work but it seems as though the issue is with the hosting provider Godaddy cos i learnt they use some kinda weird smtp setup! Now trust me i have contacted Godaddy on this and i was thrown right back @ prestashop. Guys please help me out here! Is there a fix of some sort or some other way to get round this with my hosting provider. This is the most important feature of my ecommerce site and i have a very very short time to get it working! WHAT SHOULD I DO APART FROM CHANGING MY HOSTING PROVIDER! Thanks (URGENT)

I have installed and configured the mail alert module to send alert to a particular email ([email protected]),but it didnt send an alert email when an order is placed. Then i went through Advanced parameters >E-mail and sent a test mail with same email ([email protected]), that didnt send a test mail to the email. The email is working i tested it by sending test emails from other mailboxes and its working just fine. What should i do to make this module work just fine???
