Uploading New Theme To Ps Cloud
milleetunesoies replied to ChrisD5111's question in Getting started with PrestaShop Cloud
I suggest that you contact the company you bought the theme from and ask them for some instructions. I only bought one module so far, and once I did this it miraculously appeared in my list of modules in the back office. I would have thought that your theme would have been sent to your list of modules in your back office. Good luck Sof -

milleetunesoies replied to a question in Getting started with PrestaShop Cloud
Have you emptied your cache browser. Every time I have not been able to the back office I went into my internet settting and cleared the browser and I could access it again. Have a go. It worked for me. Good luck. -
Bloc Promotion - Price Drop Block
milleetunesoies posted a question in Adapting and improving my PrestaShop Cloud
Hello, I have some of my products on sale. So it appears on both my multistore as Promotion or Specials on the UK site. But in the sitemap if you click on Specials, when it opens the promotion / price drop page it says that there are no Specials / Promotions on my site. I have removed and reinitiated the module promotion and it still does not appear. Has any body encountered the same issue and did you find a solution. If I try to remove the page from the sitemap to avoid any customer disappointment it still stay there. Thanks for your input. -
Multi Store And Domains - Cloud
milleetunesoies replied to trimark's question in Adapting and improving my PrestaShop Cloud
Hi In go daddy you have to in domain redirection and point your domain to the prestashop ip address. I guess it will be the same than mine 37.59.161.130 My 2nd domain is with ovh but I just had to put ip address in the field which was redirect to a server (IPv4 - A) and in your store setting you have to add your 2nd domain. In your back office you have to put in your multi store your domain address. For mine. I put in the domain name I put www.1001silks.co.uk which is my 2nd shop. In the 1st shop I put the other domain. I hope that I am helping you a bit. -
Merci mediacom87. Sof

Can't access my store backoffice
milleetunesoies replied to jvillasante's question in Adapting and improving my PrestaShop Cloud
You cannot change the domain name in your preference, you've got to add your domain in the first screen which is the one when you first log on. where you have the following tab my stores / my domains / my settings / You click on store details Add a domain, add a domain that I own. If you follow the instruction you should be able to link your website to your domain, once this has been done you need to select your domain your primary domain so that your domain appears and no longer prestashop. Follow the tutorial on the help or I think I saw one on you tube. It is quite straight forward. No rocket science. -
Hi Have you tried to remove the paypal module at all and tried to reinstall it. Also do not use the express check out as there is an issue with it when you install it blocks some payment module, I know it does not work with bank transfer, payplug or klikandpay. I had the express check out and removed it several months ago. Have you checked that you have authorised paypal for the country you want to sell, you must have paypal ticked in the payment list in the countries otherwise it won't work neither.

Multistore on Prestashop Cloud?
milleetunesoies replied to cossamus's question in Getting started with PrestaShop Cloud
Sorry for the late reply I have been very busy these last two days. So this is how it is set up Go in the multistore page once you have created your multishop Then you've got to define the url for the 2nd shop You have to go in the url option. in the my main shop is domain is: www.milleetunesoies.com domain ssl is: www.milleetunesoies.com virtual url is: 1001silks/ final url for my 2nd shop set up for the Uk market is www.milleetunesoies.com/1001silks/ It took me a while as I was putting the forward slash in front of the shop it has to be after like 1001silks/ If when you first create your shop you define it as a multishop then you can share the stock if you do it after like me you cannot share the stock. My sales are non existent so I can cope easily with this problem. Some of my items are unique I have only one of them so it would have been great to be able to share the stock between both shop but as I don't sell much I don't run the risk of selling the same item twice. Once you've done this, please have a look at my website and give me your feedback on how it looks. That will be nice. Any more problems just drop me a line. My email address is on my website. hope this helps Sof [email protected] -
SendinBlue/Mailin
milleetunesoies replied to MEG Venture's question in Adapting and improving my PrestaShop Cloud
I have raised a ticket for it and I know that Prestashop has contacted SendingBlue and asked them to sort it out as it looks like it is a bug on Sendingblue. I think we just have to wait until it is sorted out. I am looking at using another module than Sendingblue and see if there is a similar problem with it. -
Setting up delivery cost
milleetunesoies posted a question in Adapting and improving my PrestaShop Cloud
Hi, In my shop I propose free delivery costs to any purchase greater than 100 euros for France and Monaco only But when proposing free delivery to my clients I post to them using La poste Courier vert. However some of my clients want to choose another supplier for the delivery of their order and are willing to pay for it. One of them would like to use kiala.fr which is available via envoi moins cher I have tried to amend the delivery module on the back office but I seem to have hit a brick wall, as when I test some order the only delivery solution I get - if there are is a delivery preference set up for free delivery over 98 euros is la Poste and there are no radio buttons for clients to select a delivery company which they would have to pay for. When you buy on Amazon you can select free delivery or if you wish to pay you can select a different delivery method express, etc. Is there a way to configure the delivery on the cloud so that clients can select at the check out more than two suppliers. I only have two button bars and nothing else to tick for. Thanks in advance for your help. Have a nice evening. -
To have invoice in French you need to download Prestashop in French. I use the cloud version of Prestashop and all my invoices are in French. They are not set up in English, so you need to install the French version, the french language and also the dutch language and it should be working. It works for me. When I sell on the English part the invoice is in French but the name of the goods are in English. Hope this helps.

I have the same issue. I propose free postage for any order greater than 100 euros but the delivery method and supplier is basic. Some of my clients want to order and use a different method of delivery unfortunately only 2 suppliers appear which is no good for me. How can we propose more than 2 delivery methods as in some website such as ebay or amazon. Thanks for advising. I used Prestashop cloud.

SendinBlue/Mailin
milleetunesoies replied to MEG Venture's question in Adapting and improving my PrestaShop Cloud
Hi I have the same issue, and I have noticed that when sendinblue is configured it alters completely the lay out of the home and makes it look naff. If I try to install and configure sending blue then it alters the colour scheme of my website. The bottom part the website when you have some information on my account, contact details etc is altered from a dark grey to a lighter one so the text such as phone nubmer which are in white are unreadable. There are some newsletters block all over the page one under the search button, one between the top of the page and the navigation bar so it makes the site look really unprofessional. I think this is a bug and I would like to know if Sending blue is aware of this and will get it fix. I have no choice but to uninstall the module as it makes my site looks ugly and unprofessional. I imagine that the Prestashop team is aware of this as I had reported this issue in December and the block disappeared what I had not realised is that the problem has been resolved by uninstalling sending in blue and I inadvertently recreated the issues when I attempted to install and configure sending blue on my website. Can anybody tell me if they have come accross the same issue. One thousands and one thanks in advance from Mille et Une Soies. -
How does ssl work with Cloud ?
milleetunesoies replied to cywc's question in Getting started with PrestaShop Cloud
Hi, If you click on module, payment, the list of payment module should appear and you should be able to find klikandpay. I have 19 payment modules listed in the module section for payment on the cloud version. It is a free module to install. The web link is https://www.klikandpay.com/ Hope this helps Regards Sof -
Hi Toby, I found out today that if you don't use the express check out the payment modules work. I had set up the express check out the payment modules were working and then it went beserk. But this afternoon I removed the express check out and reinstated the 5 payment steps which is a real nuisance but I am pleased to say that now my "potential" clients can finalise their order. At least I won't lose anymore because of this. So in case you've opted for the express check out and reinstate the 5 steps for paying the order at least you may have one issue sorted. Hope this is useful to you, have a nice evening. Sophie
