Hi your problem with reinstall theme you will install a theme and you are delete all related files in ftp servers because you wanted to reinstall back the theme. but when you trying to reinstall the theme, some problem cause here 1. xxxx theme already installed 2. when you can trying to install by upload to prestashop, it said successful upload but you check at ftp server it's a blank files and not installed 3. you trying to upload the install zip file to ftp server, and it said xxxx theme has already installed.
