  1. Hi Jack, have you found a solution for this problem? I have had this problem since the release of v1.6 now and I often go into the mySQL database and manually change each order status - I found this to be much quicker than having to open every order and changing the order status with the dropdown... Cheers Clemens
  2. Thanks Chrisi! Just realised you were having issues with the topmenu links and SSL – I'm having issues with the search box... Cheers Clemens
  3. Hi Chrisi, looks like you fixed this issue on your site – I've got the same problem. Could you please tell me how you managed to resolve this? Cheers Clemens
  4. Hi jeyjoo, unfortunately I can't say I've found a solution to the problem, but I did manage to make it work for me: The only way I could get it to work was to create specific pricing for each product: This way, visitors and everyone without an account (or country/tax rule so to speak) gets to see a fixed price (incl. tax), and once an account is created, the user gets to see the real price incl. GST. Any questions, please let me know. Cheers Clemens
  5. Hi Ana, you can apply the specific price rules for all combinations of each product: But if I understand you correctly, your pricing is different depending on colour, in which case that won't be much use to you...
  6. Hi Ana, I'm sure there must be an easier option, but the only way I managed to get it to work for all customer groups is to literally set up 4 specific price rules for each product: The first two rules show a fixed price including tax for both overseas customers and local visitors that haven't signed in yet. Once users are using the guest checkout and have set their location to NZ or have set up a customer account with the location NZ, they will be charged tax, so we have to create a separate rule with "leave base price", otherwise they would be charged tax twice. Again, it's not an ideal solution and a lot of data entry to start with, but that seemed to be the only solution that worked for me. Any questions, please let me know.
  7. Thanks for your help. I tried both, but unfortunately with no success. Using the dev_mode pointed me in the right direction - there was an issue with a SEO module. I have disabled it for now and managed to save the products again.
  8. Hi there, I've got the same problem - did you ever find a solution? Cheers Clemens
  9. Thanks Vekia, that did the trick! Cheers Clemens
  10. Hi Vekia, do you already have a solution for embedding code in v1.6? I have followed your post above and changed the Validate.php, but I only ever end up with an empty <p></p> tag instead of the code... Thanks for your help! Cheers Clemens
  11. Hi guys, I can't seem to get it to work in v1.6. Have changed the Validate.php as per Vekia's article here, I only end up with an empty <p></p> tag after saving the page... Any help or ideas are very appreciated! Cheers Clemens
  12. Is there a fix planned for the loyalty programme? I have updated to 1.6.0.8, but still can't validate customer's loyalty points. Is anybody else having this issue? Many thanks! Cheers Clemens
  13. Hi guys, I'm looking for a way to always show prices incl. taxes, even for visitors. I'm wondering if there is a way to change the way the pricing is displayed for the visitors group via a classes or database hack? Maybe it would be possible to have the guest group as the default group also for visitors? btw: I have been through the customer group settings, tax rules and default country settings a few times. Prices are shown correctly for guests and customers, just not for visitors... Many thanks for your help! Best regards Clemens
  14. Hi guys, I did some more testing and the problem stays the same. Even when I create a blank installation (v1.6.0.7) on a different server with a different database, all prices are shown without tax to visitors. It seems this is also not dependent on the theme as I thought originally, this also happens with the default bootstrap theme. Am I really the only one who bothers this? Please, is there a workaround to always show the prices including taxes? Many thanks! Cheers Clemens
