I have a serious problem. launching site in two days and all of a sudden the checkout process is broken once I choose the carrier and click next it brings up a blank white page. this is the url that it goes to https://nayll.com/order?multi-shipping= I do loose my favacon in the address bar and it is replaced by the host providers favacon? odd So a restore mutliple backups from c-panel and all of them have this same problem? is it a server problem? this all started after creating a multistore on a subdomain, but dumped all of that and restored the store from various backups and still no fix? help appreciated

OK, so I found the associations radio buttons in the CMS page itself. BUT this does not solve the cross store changes, If I need different text in a specific CMS page for the different store, or i don't need a specific CMS page then I have to have a completely separate one and turn off the other other stores ability to see it????

OK, so i got rid of the teen folder, change the subdomain rewritet to be the root folder of nayll.com, went through the multistore setup again, made a new store group "teen" and a new store "teen" used the main store as a template by copying all the stuff, in the BO I choose "teen" and turn of a CMS page and no matter what combination of things I do that change is reflected in the main store??? This is not how it is supposed to behave. as far as I can tell everything is is right??

I have read the instructions, pretty straight forward. I would have thought. My developer had made a subfolder called "teen" and put and older version of the whole store in there to test a module without using multistore function main domain nayll.com subdomain teen.nayll.com IE: nayll.com/teen so you could enter teen.nayll.com in the browser and it would come up. So I thought I would active multistore to modify and work with it. So I went through the hoops setting up the second store within the same group as the main store, in the URL field I put teen.nayll.com. so in the BO I now have the two stores, I pick teen and turn off a CMS page. on the main site nayll.com the CMS page is gone and the teen CMS page remains. Whatever I do to the teen site in the BO is only reflected on the main site? though I can choose the teen store in the BO I seem to have no affect to the teen site in the BO. I know the second site teen should not have a new subfolder so I rename that and then the teen site goes into 403 forbidden? if I change the physical URL to teen/ it doesn't change anything. I'm very confused, not hard to do. any insight? I want to have a second store that shares the products, but not customers or orders, a clone if you will that I can use as a template then just change the graphics and text later that uses the subdomain "teen.nayll.com" I've read all related posts I can but did not see this issue.

SOLVED, developer finally took care of it, don't know what they did though.

Yes there were a dozen or so, the GREP search did not like the $ in front of the string. Found all of them in the theme474, changed all of them, uploaded, recompiled, nothing changed, all the same insecure errors.??? I gave all the offending images an https: path, didn't fix those errors The order page makes all these calls to module .css files that are 0kb (empty) How could these files be empty?? all of them in the theme474/css/modules/... empty css files any ideas, I'm totally out of them! jh

OK, i tried to find that code string in the global.css file of the theme, it was nowhere to be found. or in any .php .tpl.css file in the root folder of the third party theme using GREP 2.3 to search the text string "$base_dir" nothing anywhere in any of those files. So I tried to just manually change some of the offending image files in global.css. the image references were written with relative link in the global.css which should not have been a problem So I hard coded the last 4 image references in global.css anyway that the test said were insecure. OK, so I'm getting the shopping cart ironed out. PS 1.5.6.1 dedicated IP, dedicated SSL cert SSL cert installed and tests all good by independant 3rd party even made a real purchase through checkout and authorize.net. etc.etc. no green padlock but a grey exclimation point on any https page (account-checkout). not good. I finally find this awesome site http://www.whynopadlock.com/ I test the first page of the checkout and this is what it returned, 22 unsecure calls. I want to remove the ability for the customer to attach a file when contacting us on the contact page. I followed the advice on this post http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/312846-turn-off-attach-file-in-customer-service-contact-us/?hl=%2Bcustomer+%2Bservice&do=findComment&comment=1583373 but there is no "turn off attach files" radio button under customers tab > customers. I have two issues I'm needing guidance with. 1. in the BO, the products are in an order that I need to maintain when printed. Currently, when an invoice PDF is generated, all the products in the cart are sorted by the product ID, the lesser to the greater, this messes up the cart organization that is in place in the BO AdminOrders section which I need for our warehouse pickers and the client. 2. Some products have information assigned to them in the "customization" field. I must have this information in a column next to the product it was created for by the client in the invoice PDF. Seems to be little info on the customization field use thanks

I have the "terms and conditions" radio button check in the BO But when I use the instant checkout page and fill it our and choose "next" it returns the error below PROBLEM no "terms and conditions" button is on this page? how do I add it? There is 1 error If you agree to the terms in the Customer Data Privacy message, please click the check box below.« Back I also turned off the "terms and conditions" radio button check in the BO yet it still gives the same error above on the checkout page. jh
