Hello I tried to install Glamour theme purchased from theme forest but after adding it to themes pages when I press save button after buffering for 30 seconds screen goes blank, how to resolve this, I am unable to save the theme, I am using PrestaShop v1.6.0.9 installed on xampp v3.2.1

I am having problem with appreance of my shop logo I have tried many sizes for the logo image and I am editing it in photoshop CS5 but as i upload the logo image there appears a color noise in the logo image I do not know how to rectify this whether I need to change size of my image or some thing else please help I am attaching the logo image and my website url is www.myhealthklub.com Please some help.

Hi Vekia, Thanks for your suggestion, I tried disabling Apache multiviews with enabled friendly url but still no product images. I have attached the screen shot of front page when friendly url is enabled and multiviews disabled.

Hi Vekia, As soon as I turned on friendly URL to remove index.php from my url, all product images disappeared and a question mark sign was dispalayed through out my e store in place of product images. I also tried to regenerate the Image thumbnails but of no use and after turning Friendly URL all images got restored as earlier. What can be done for product images to be restored after I turn on friendly url. I am using PS v1.6

HI Dioniz, I got the solution I just uninstalled a third party module and problem was resolved thanks a lot for your support

just before noticing this I have added google tags HTML code to HTML box module

HI Dioniz, thanks for ur reply,.. I have done some thing in three modules before I noticed this problem and I have tried uninstalling all three but nothing changed. Those modules are HTML Box, Block Adv and zopim widget module.

Hello El Patron, Thanks for your suggestion I will try to do the same and also contact the hosting provider, my hosting provider is Bigrock.com's Indian subsidary bigrock.in with their servers in US. In my mail server I could find the mail que for another website hosted on the same hosting as I have multidomain hosting plan but could not find any queue for the website in question.

I am using the email id with my domain name still no emails are being generated
