  1. I'm having the exact same problem. Everything is not showing up where it should be but is in 'monitoring'. So, in summary; Having dropped my tables and started with a backup that I know was working, if I do not enter the Home Category manually, I get a PHP error thrown letting me know that there is a problem. Categories input manually or by import shows as successful but the categories do not show up anywhere in the back office other than Catalog:Monitoring. My understanding is that they should show up when I am in the back office Catalog:Categories. When I "View My Shop", the results are even more puzzling. One of the categories, which is available in the 'root' dropdown menu, does not show up at all on the horizontal menu bar. No categories are showing up, at all, in the footer area. I've attached some files that will perhaps give you perspective and help in finding a quick resolve of this issue.

  3. Hello Arnel; Thank you for your reply. I have enabled both stock management and advanced stock management in the appropriate place. The error occurs when I attempt to add a warehouse from the Stock Warehouses window using the Add new button. I'm then presented with a form that has a number of mandatory fields. There is no "ID" field and there are two "Adress" fields, the first line of which is mandatory, the second optional. Regardless of how I fill in the form, whether I use the shop address or any other address, how I name the warehouse, or anything else, when I try to apply the changes, I get the same message; Customer ID required Address is incorrect. The other location I have tried to add a warehouse from is Catalog Products Edit (Product name here) but the results are the same as from the primary location that I have tried from. I believe that we are using the standard theme. I hope that this is enough information for you to try and further analyze the problem so that we can take advantage of this feature. Lastly, I did upgrade to 1.5.5 but that made no difference to the problem that we are experiencing. Thank you for your help. Berold.
  4. Help!!! I'm trying to get the advanced stock management working but whenever I try to add a warehouse, I keep coming up with the same problem; The configuration interface will not let me proceed without a customer ID; The configuration tells me that the address is incorrect. First, there is no place to enter a Customer ID so I'm not sure how to remedy that, and second, only the first address line is required but regardless of how I enter the address and whether I use the second line or not, I keep getting an error that tells me the address is incorrect. Help!! I'm losing my marbles here. I've browsed the internet and forums for information and my eyes are glazing over. Can someone please let me know what I'm missing, or provide me with a solution/workaround. Currently, I'm running 1.5.4.1 Thank you
