Dear Prestashop community, I collected several positive feedback for some of my products, and the products had been rated 5 of 5 stars trough the webshop, using default-boostrap theme 1.6 When I search on the product, and find my product, on Google it shows only 2/5 stars It happens to all of the rated products This can be damaging my business and i'm looking for a solution anyone have any idea why this problem occurs? Hello, I'm looking for some improvements to my online store. I would like to add some blocks on top of my page, for example payment logo's, shipping info and more I can add custom blocks with themeconfig module but this only works for homepage, I would like to show those blocks with text and images on every page under horizontal top menu here's picture as example: Also I would like to show the left category column on every page a customer clicks, now it doesn't show after you click on a category. I would like also to keep showing the subcategory the customer is watching. Also this doesn't show on my homepage anymore (popular, best sold, specials), i have no idea why. Hello, I'm searching for anyone to make a module for me. It should be something like a little popup screen at the right bottom corner. It should have 4 titles: 1. Chat with us (live chat) 2. Whatsapp (with logo of whatsapp) 3. Call us 4. Send us an e-mail Explaination: 1. Here a costumer can chat with us 2. Here a cellhpne number appears, so they can send us a whatsapp 3. here a telephone number appears 4. Here a costumer gets redirected to 'contact us' It should be small, and only expand when you click on one of those 4 titles For example, when you click on whatsapp, then it expands a little bit and the cellhpone number appears Compatible with Prestashop 1.6, using default template I'm a beginner so hopefully someone can do this for a cheap price, please send me a email with your price and little motivation Payment by bank or paypal

Still problems, i'm really stressing because the site and stock is messed up now .. new problem found: - Couldn't change the quantity on stock of a product, so i duplicated and removed the 'bugged' product. Now the product image is a big '?' and if you click on it, it says you have no acces to this product. I have a discount on the duplicated product and I can find the product in discoutned products but not in normal category anyone please help ..

I also found a new error: 6. Problems with modules, tried to install Paypal, first time when I clicked on install I put my information to configure Paypal and it gave a notification that I can receive payments now, but i don't see any Paypal on the site and in modules there's still the button 'install'. When I click on install again it says the module is already installed

Hello, I tried last time to find a solution for this but nobody had a solution/replied The problem appeared on both my webshops since 1.6 update It all happened out of nowhere, those are the problems: 1. When i get new orders, normally you click on the notification and when you refresh the page the notification dissapear, but mine notification stays, so it is upcounting all the time. 2. I can't edit product stock quantity, when i save it, it just jumps back to old quantity 3. I allowed new countries to order from my website, and the countries were changed from red x to green in the backoffice but it's not updated in the front office. 4. I can't change the date of the statistics, when I click on 'month' or 'day' it just refreshed and stays on what it was before 5. When i updated from 1.6 to 1.6.06 the problems dissapeared for a short time but came back after a short time. I would really appreciate if anyone could put me in the right direction to solve above problems.

Hello everyone, Suddenly since yesterday night those errors appeared: 1. When I get a new order, there's this sign in the left corner for example '2' orders. Noramlly when I click on it and refresh the page the sign dissapears, but now the sign keeps coming back and it is counting forward when i get new orders. 2. When i go to statistics and look at the stastics panell normally I can go -1 month, but now the function doesn't work and I can't change the date of the statistics does anyone know what happened and how I can solve this? Great! thanks alot! When i added this line in tinymce.inc.js and tried removing the admin url, it saves correctly gonna fix all links now Thanks again!

i have the exact same problem as in the thread

When i try to edit text by HTML version then it saves correctly it only happens with the link I tried also to remove the whole hyperlink and add a new one, but it automaticly adds /black/ before it
