Hurmm, because im still looking for the bugs im suspected the SSL to be the problem, but it seems not the culprit. Im suspecting SSL due to some other forum such as opencart also reported "SUDDEN EMPTY CART" hapened. And starting from 1.4 i didnt face any of the issues until im upgraded to 1.6 (I Also have done a fresh install and it still the same). The problem are not regularly occured, i have open this kind of thread before, but nothing helped me. Somebody has also opened the bugs report at the github, but still it doesnt solved anything. And as this happened by "SUDDEN" which meaning some times it does happened regularly and sometime it didnt happened at all, its hard for the expert like vekia and others to try it. When they tried at my site before, even when it happened, they cant create the same situation on their side, even with error report are enable, it doesn't shows anything. it quite pissed me off when it happened. I have tried ALL of the suggestion but nothing solved it. As it happened "SOMETIMES" make it a headache as when it happened it will happened 3-4 times before the problem suddenly disappeared it self. Hope one day somebody will find a way to solved this. And it causes me to lost around 10-20% of my customers.

For this, i need help on @Vekia previous help on : https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/344850-solved-customize-top-horizontal-menu-bar/ i have follow the step, however it seems some how in presta v1.6.14 the css style has causes the menu to cover invisablely whole up to the cart and logo. Which makes them unclickable. Can some one help me on how to where to edit the code so that the height only stays where it supposed to be and not cover on top of the cart? P/S: ask me if you need access to the site as it still under maintenance mode.

Hi there all of prestashop forumers, So every step provided which is to edit the blockcmt.tpl is right and correct. It didnot work for some of us, because we NEED TO CLEAR THE CACHE. Simply go to Back office: Advance Parameter > Performance > click "Clear Cache" on the top right conner of the BO. Then the copyright should change the way you wanted it to be.

Ok it gives me url, you idea is what i needed, yes i think i want to edit its .tpl, but which one needed to be editted so that i can put another modules align with the others three modules that already present there as in the picture below: As you can see, currently there's only option present, which is Categories, Information, and my account,i was hopping so that the current layout could be change instead of three module, we can add up to four module. SO which part needed i change to get this resut?

Ahaaa..yes2 thats what i imagine, before this, i have face the situation where i need to pay using paypal, and my email registered are different than paypal email. After the payment, the system automatically sent a verification email to my paypal email for verification purposes. Which all been done as bellini13 told. So is there any module for this? If there was, i hope its not to expensive as im makin the online shop as my side income, so im not so rich

Hi i wonder if there any modules offered out there for paypal payment verification? The idea is, if the email on the paypal account are the same, then they can continue the transaction, but if the paypal email are different that the account at the shop, an email containing verification code will be sent to their paypal email to verify the transaction.

Hi just want to ask is it possible to host all of our picture on prestashop, to an external site or subdomain. For example like in this forum it self, we only can paste the picture using outside url instead of uploading it to prestashop server. If it not possible, where can i suggest this features into consideration of prestashop team for future update? Thanks.

Hi there, Ok I have made a lot of test lately to learn myself on how exactly Media Server works on prestashop. So i have made it work by copying these three files from prestashop folder into my media server; 1)img 2)module 3)theme And my media server are actually a subdomain on the same server which i called: static1.mydomain.com static2.mydomain.com static3.mydomain.com I didnt make any changes on those three subdomain point which mean that they on their default folder: public_html/static1 public_html/static2 public_html/static3 So im copying all of those 3 folde3 to each of this /static1 /static2 /static3 Then i activate all of the CCC Smart cache for CSS = YES Smart cache for JavaScript = YES Minify HTML = YES Compress inline JavaScript in HTML = YES Move JavaScript to the end = YES Apache optimization = YES And the front office are loaded perfectly and my test on GTmetric arise from C to A. Now im testing to purchase any product. when im click on the category, suddenly the THEME gone missing. All that left was a picture and words. So im checking (Chrome) by clicking right click > Inspect Element > Console , I found out the error was, .JS and .CSS Not Found. So now im trying by replacing the static domain to my default domain (As i didnt deleted any files from my shop im just copying the files to static). And thos .JS and .CSS are there. So after a few test i found out that this JS and CSS will be produced automatically by the server. So then im disable these two: Smart cache for CSS = NO Smart cache for JavaScript = NO and the JS and CSS can be produced automatically by the server. And there a probability that when im disable those SMART CACHE, the serer arent loading from the media server and might loading from the default server. So can anyone suggest to me in anyway how to fix this? P/S: i Have tried without filling anything in Media Server, and the problem Above Did Not Occured. it only Occured When both (Media server + Smart Cache) being used.

I have seen and read on so many guide on using prestashop media server, but sadly, most of them didnt come in details. SO NOBODY COULD HELP?
