Hi Dear, I got hacked and they published a sitemap with 8000 urls in state of arround 200. (most of them give an error that doen't exist) I erase the sitemap hacked and resend the correct one. But I still see url in Jaopanes in the google SERP. It seems to be the Japanese keyword hack Furthermore I saw a sm_tunnel_s31Kkksy.php file which seem not to be part of the original prestahop site. Anyone have a clue how to fix that Hack en recover my site with original description and titles? Any help would be more thant welcome. Thanks in advance Laurent

Hi dear, I'm looking for someone to help me recover 3 prestashop websites (2x 1.5 and 1x1.6) after my hosting has been compromised by hacker. I have a backup for files and we can use the Database actually running on hosting. After copying the files from backup to directory the sites show error 500 for frontend and backend connection. I changed the tax rule ID in both table and it worked for backend, but I still see the value with the wrong value (taxe) on the front end. any clue about that issue? Thanks a lot

Hi dear, I did a complete copy of one of my prestashop site. I copy all the files on a sub domain, copy the database, change the database name on setting.in.php but when I try to connect to front and backend , I get the following error after activate the mode error. But I would like to know if it's possible to import the: categories Products customers order CMS and friendly url to keep SEO from all of those pages already in 1.5.5 If yes how can I import all of that information? Hi dear, I want to make some test from my actual prestashop but on a sub domain named test.mydomain.com I copy all the file from the domain folder to another folder. I linked the sub domain to this folder. I export de DB from the main domain to a new DB for the subdomain. I configured the setting.inc.php with the new database name and user password. But When I try to connect to my subdomain or the backend, all what I get are blank pages. Any clue what did I do wrong and how to fix it? Thanks a lot Kind regards, LAurent

Hi dear, I'm running prestashop 1.5.5 and when I had a category in My module mega menu impact it use a link such as myshop.com/4-women but I set the url rewrting to be myshop.com/women-4 The result is when I click on any link in the mega menu impact I get a error 404 because it doesn't find the page. Hi dear, When I follow the instruction, I get a problem is that it automatically change the mydomain.com in mydomain.com/es and the other domain mydomain.fr in mydomain.fr/fr. How can I avoid that prestashop add the prefix /es and /fr on the domain? Thanks a lot for your answer

Hi dear comunity, We have a prestashop running on a domain for specific country on a specific domain and language. -> mydomain.es (spanish-spain) We bought a second domain on for a different country and a different language. -> mydomain.fr (French-France) I set the multistore with different group for each domain. But when I try to configure the second language for the second store and domain, it add also this language to the first store. and the main url autmaticaly change to mydomain.es/es/ Any clue or solution on how to set it? Hi dear, My page manufacturer says there no manufacture meanwhile there is 2 manufacturer with actives products. Any idea why this happen an dhow to fix it?
