  4. 202-ecommenrce don't manage Stripe module. Our module offers you payment with Paypal account and your credit card (you can configure these options in back office), as well as Pay Later option.

Usually, the 403 error in Paypal module indicates that the issue doesn't come from the module but the account itself. It is recommended to contact Paypal team and ask them if your account is restricted or lack specific permissions. These two are not the same, Paypal is supported by 202-ecommerce and PS Checkout being a native module is supported accordingly by PS technical team.
