Hola Lovely Rita Shop, has solucionado el problema? a mi me pasa algo parecido, y es q si efectuo una compra a traves de los modos de pago transferencia bancaria o contrareembolso si que me llegan los pedidos, pero si efectuo una compra a traves del modulo ceca tpv (tpv virtual) me llega un correo como que han efectuado una compra, pero a mi parte de administrador no me llega notificacion de que hay un nuevo pedido, y al cliente tampoco le aparece que ha realizado un pedido... Gracias!!

la version de prestashop es: PrestaShop™ 1.5.4.1 tpv: Version :1.1.0 la compra se realiza correctamente, lo q no muestra es el pedido ni a mi (administradora) ni al cliente!!

Hola, resulta que si hago un pedido a traves del modo de pago tpv virtual, se realiza el pago correctamente, pero no me aparece en la parte de administrador que tengo un nuevo pedido, ni al cliente le sale que tiene un pedido realizado. ¿Alguien sabe la solucion? Gracias!!!

Hola Eloryan, a mi me ocurre algo parecido, resulta q elimine todos los productos de mi tienda porque tenia que inserta otros nuevos, y ahora no me deja insertar ninguno, me da error, sabrias la solucion? Mi version es la 1.5.0.17 Un saludo, gracias!!

hola, los articulos los subo a traves del back office/catalogo/productos. te comento, que si modifico algo de las url (lo q sea) me sale el error 500 y tengo q eliminar el archivo .httacces para q la pagina vuelva a funcionar Un saludo
