  1. each store its own sitemap yes. In GWMT, the main store is verified and all sitemaps are submitted there. What do you mean by setup multistore in GWMT?
  2. My main store is perfectly indexed in Google... nearly all pages indexed. the 2 derived stores (multistore) are hardly indexed which means they are hard to find in Google. Is it due to the different domain?? Is this a shortcoming or downside of multistore? Is it normal??
  3. Shop has 3 different domains indeed. Setup in Multistore. Main store is the French one. Good tip about google.fr... will check that one. But I suppose if ou submit your site via Webmaster Tools, Google is aware enough of t's existance
  4. On a echangé quelques emails le weekend dernier Hosteco.fr et moi pour clarifier le probleme. Il est clair que de leur cote il y avait un problem email. Ils n'ont recu aucun de mes mis-a-jour tickets, ni email direct vers l'adminstrateur. Par contre je recevait bien les mails de confirmation du type "votre commentaire est ajouté au ticket, réponse suivra ...." Et ca pendant plusieurs jours. Hosteco.fr a confirmé que tous les problemes email sont résolu entretemps.
  5. Hello all, I am aiming my shop to sell in Spain, France and Belgium... so 3 different languages. When searching a SEO expert to help me with optimizing the shops, is it better to have a native French speaker SEO and a native Spanish speaker? Or can a SEO expert easily cover the SEO for different languages?

  10. thanks guys! I am a noob on this override stuff... what does it mean? can I turn it off or isn't it a good idea? Can a theme bring override? Is it something to enable/disbale in backoffice? or in files via ftp?
  11. which I did and I see exactly the same text appearing on the top of the screen with "guest" and "registered customer" where PS goes true for the latter but not for the guest.   12. Weird problem... I thought my new shop was working fine but this morning I encountered an issue. A guest who created a basket and starts the Order Process (checkout) runs into a blank page at Step2. A registered Client doing the same can order as normal. Why does my shop has this error for non registered visitors?? this is 1.5 and it is supposed to work. In Step2 the guest should be able to register himself and complete the ordering process usefull info: I disabled Guest account to checkout. I have another shop in 1.4 and there everything is working fine with same checkout policy
  13. Salut tous, moi j'ai decouvert l'hebergeur Hosteco.fr via le forum et j'ai commencé mon pacquet hosting chez eux pour un nouveau shop. Suis tres content et leur reponses etaient toujours tres vite! Depuis qq jours j'ai découvert un problem avec les emails dans ce nouveau shop. Il y a 2 professionels (1 via PS forum) qui ont regardé au problem et les 2 ont indiqué que c'est bien un problem cote hebergeur. Le ticket existe depuis Mai le 3, mais aucune reponse de leur cote. De mon coté on a demande plusieurs fois un statut ou une reponse mais rien qui suit... C'est normal? C'est pas vraiement leur facon de travailler normalement is sont tres reactive. Au moins ils peuvent donner un statut/reponse.
