Hi. Can anybody help: www.ani-event.dk Presta 1.6.09 I have tried many different fancy themes, but has gone back to the standard Prestashop. Only thing that really give me challenges here is: TOPHORISONTAL / MEGA MENU - STANDARD THEME: To many sub-menus shown pr. default! Is the anyway you can limit the out-folded tree menu to f.ex only main categories (Without sub-categories) By default, in a real shop with many categories and sub cat, the drop-down mega menu look totally confusing, There MUST be a way to change this, I just can not find it. Right now I have installed a third part megamenu, but this does not work optimal at mobile-phones, so I´d prefer the standard - with modifications. B.r. Kim

Can anybody help?: Regarding order of displayed "Newest, popular, Best sellers, featured (added module)" tabs. I would like popular products to be the first seen instead of newest. www.ani-event.dk I HAVE changed the order at live edit, (which put Popular as nr 1) but newest products are still shown as the only products. Only when tabbing on another tab and then again Popular " the correct products are shown. Also.. how do I expand, so that all (Newest, Best sellers etc) are show at frontpage at same time below each other, instead of having to see them one at a time by clicking on tabs?) B.r. Kim

Hi. Yes I as wrote, I my self can create acount without issues, but costumors in Norway and Sweden can not. I have spoken with 4 different, who gets the problem. I have had them in the phone and they seem to type in correctly. Even tried many times. Also, I dont understand why they see another page than I do. Thought it could be that there was something with the I.P s that should be considdered. Anyway, thanks for trying, and hinting about the onepagecheckout. Reg speed of the site, I must see to that. With so few items in the databse now, it will likely be very slow when 1000 warenumbers are added.

Hi. I´m not quite sure .... Would you like screenshots from somewhere else? I attach a new: Localization / countries / edit country with the tab on Country (Norway) Here you see the format of Zip -- 4 digits) On the previous screenshot you see Sweden format xxx xx They both are correct format, but.. does not work from the respective countries.

Hi. Thanks for fast reply. I have now enabled 1 step checkout. Much better ! Reg countries I have now deleted all except Norway, Sweden, Germany, UK, Finland and France. However, we are a small shop who has specialized in selling spare-parts to two European Kids electric car - brands, so we have costumers in all Europe. I have a bit difficulty to figure what of the language pack should be installed. I get a lot of error when saving a product, if I have not filled out the Countries / language I wants to deal with, but if I do not import and activate them, then I´ll have problems with zip? Anyway. I attach screenshots of the Swedish Country / language / address format plus the screenshot a Norwegian costumer has sent to me. These also shows a strange behavior in dropdown menues. I use a Leo 1.6 theme. Could this cause the problem? Thanks for your help so far :-)

Hi Reg. www.ani-event.dk Shop in Denmark. 1: Ive installed the 1.6.0.9 and things works fine, but ... I have installed Norwegian, Swedish, UK, and German localization pack. However foreign costumer can not create an account, with the error mess: "The Zip/Postal code you've entered is invalid. It must follow this format: 0000" And that is even they HAVE chosen the right country. Its very strange, as I, from my position in Denmark CAN create the same costumers addresses without problem, but costumers in f.ex Norway and Sweden CAN NOT. Does anybody have an idea? 2: Found out the costumers in Norway and Sweden sees another frontpage than I have created, even though they chose same language shell fex Danish, In Norway they see the same page, but with some of the default Prestshop advertises modules that I have removed...??

Hi. On my website www.ani-event.dk I wants to have more language, while I wants to, at first have categories etc on many language. It will be a tastk running for the next month / years. Case are: I want default language to be Danish (my country) I have allready completely translated english as second language, so no problem here. But I want German, Rusian, Italien etc. langua to get the English text, if there are not yet the language for these country. By now they will get danish if they choose German, which are not completed yet. Can this be setup? B.r. Kim

Hi I want to both translate and to add words at the "Product status". (New, Used, Refurbished) I need to add "Demo-model" (Demonstration-model) to the dropdownlist ... and translate to Danish also. Can anyone tell me where I do this? www.ani-event.dk

I have same problem. It worked in Presta 1.4. Just inserted the embedde code from the Youtube file. Now in 1.6 I get the same error, and nothing shows.

Hi I´ve installed a new / fresh shop last week and has just begun with only two products added by now. However. it seems that after upgrading today to 1.6.07 the prices are only showed without tax. Nevetheless prices are show WITH tax at the checkout / cart. I have gone thought all parameters I could think of. I think topbars of the product / price page looks unormal at the retailprice. See attached. What could be the problems. Somewhere something should be activated, or ...? www.ani-event.dk B.r. Kim
