  1. Well wouldn't you know it but problem came back sooner than expected. Again with new user registered and use of chrome my back office is not accessible anymore. Works in incognito mode right now but I know it won't last long. Exactly same problem as before. Any new ideas on how to solve this Ron?
  2. We created new user account with different email and new password and now all works fine in chrome and in incognito mode. Hope it will remain working for a long time. Thanks a lot for your tip Ron, much appreciated
  3. Hi, I was experiencing this problem like a month and a half ago but then all started working normally on it's own. Now a week ago problems started again. All of the sudden I get disconnected and unable to do anything. I log in again, I can get in but as soon as I click to access second page of my listed products I get disconnected. First problem appeared when I used chrome to access my backoffice, I deleted cookies and browsing history and it was ok for like a week. Then I have done it again and it was only ok for a few days and then it got worse and worse by the day. Then I started using incognito mode to access my back office, it was working for some time and then it started to get worse and worse by the day. Now I'm at the point where nothing works and I can't access my store at all, I'm dead. I'm also unable to access my store from any other browser. My admin can access my store from his computer without a problem, he had done update to newer version of 1.6.1.10 today hoping it will help but nothing changed, still all the problems persist. Front office works normally for customers and everything, it's only me who can't access the store. I tried to get in from other computer and it also doesn't work. This is the error I get: ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS Does somebody have any idea on what might be wrong? I have a feeling this has something to do with presta itself, browsers, google or some bug.   4. Presta updated to latest version 1.6.1.9 and all if working fine. All new products can be saved and existing products updated without a problem using chrome browser.
  5. My theme is compatible with latest version so we will update my store today and see what happens.
  6. No my admin tried a few tricks you posted here but nothing helped and I haven't upgraded presta to latest version yet as I need to wait and see if theme is compatible, awaiting response from theme developer. Visim da si Bosanac a ja Slovenac

Now even firefox doesn't work anymore, I can't acces my back office over firefox at all, opera doesn't work like chrome, and safari isn't compatible with windows as apple and microsoft clash, front office looks total deformed and out of place if safari is used. Now my only hope is explorer but have to find out what prevents me from installing it on my pc first.
  8. Hey let me know when 1.6.1.9. is here so we can make another update. Save button works if I use firefox but it doesn't if I use chrome.
  9. I have same problem since like 4 days ago and my admin has done update of presta to latest version and it doesn't help. Does using firefox or explorer help?
  10. I asked him and he did that. Any other ideas? Also when presta was upadated to newer version 1.6.1 something pics were working but as my theme was not compatible with new presta version we went back to 1.5.4.1 and that's when pics stopped working.
  11. I wouldn't know that as my admin was doing all this, but I guess he did. Will ask him anyway. What if he has done this? What then?
  12. I have similar problem regarding new theme installed. After new theme was installed there were some problems but we sorted it out. Than I created new categories and listed new products. All the products listed after the new theme was installed don't show default picture. When you click on prodct all pictures show up but it's still annoying. Here is link showing new listings with only question marks instead of pictures. Theme developer sayed he must first update his theme to work with new presta versions as we also couldn't update presta at all. Does anyone have any ideas what could the problem be?
