Hi, After creating a new order status in the BackOffice and selecting the option "Validates order", I'm finding that the stats are not updated when the order changes to this status. Thanks for any ideas ! Adrian

Hi, I'm having a reoccurring problem after a one-click upgrade from Prestashop 1.4 to 1.6...The table PS_CART is updated when I select an item but when I refresh the page the shopping basket empties...The domain is this one testdmd.mlp.fr and it is possible to connect with this account to test the problem ! I've tried emtying the cookies and the problems comes and goes with IE, Firefox and Chrome. User : [email protected] Password : testdebug I would appreciate any advice or help Thaanks Adrian

All the cookies have been deleted...but the problem remains - the web site is in a subdomain.

Hi, I'm using prestashop 1.6 and I'm having a intermittent problem with the shopping cart...After adding a new product, the shopping cart is emptied again - I'm not using the AJAX function to add the product (Deactivated in the BackOffice) but the problem still remains ! Thanks for any help as I need to put this site urgently in production

Yes that's it...thanks - it is in fact displayed horitzontaly on the home page and then on all the other pages it's in the left column. Regards, Adrian

Hi, I'm using a prestashop theme and on the homepage the best sales, and new products modules are displayed in a horizontal manner but I wish to keep them displayed in the same way on the whole site and not on the left column afterwards...Thanks for any tips where to make this adjustment. Hi, I'm having a problem when upgrading from Prestashop 1.4.4.1 to the current version 1.6 with 1-Click upgrade. The PS_ORDER_DETAIL table is quite large (64M) and unless I reduce its size, the process stops half way through with a time out. I am using our own server so I've modified the max_time out values in the php.ini but the problem persists. Thanks for any advice.
