Nobody is using analytics , willing to provide some advice?

Hi Guys, I have noticed that google analytics is not receiveing all orders placed in my shop. So for example prestashop has 20 orders, but analytics is only showing 13 I have tried to find out why this is happening and checked the following 1. orders from mobile are counted 2. orders from desktop are counted 3. orders from Android are counted 4. Orders from iphone are counted. 5. orders from different payment options seem to be counted. 6. even on days with all orders from same payment providor "IDEAL" , the payments there are lower in google analytics so inconsistent counting. 7. relatime information seems correct. 8, I only use one module for payment gateway, and this contains all payment options like paypall, ideal, bancontact etc. I am using module "Google Analytics v3.0.4 - door PrestaShop" on prestashop 1.7 What kind of module are you guys use for transfering data to google analytics? Does anyone now what the issue of this inconsistency could be?

My XML file got corrupted and could not login to backend anymore. renamed the file /config/xml/must_have_modules_list.xml and I could login to backend once again. What a stupid mistake with high impact for the prestashop community!!!!!

Removing the /modules/ps_facetedsearch/vendor folder stops the eror 500 and I can login to backend again! like @VictorVSa said, to solve the problem we can also remove or rename the folder: /modules/ps_facetedsearch/vendor I checked again and he’s right, this folder and others was not there before this bug, as you can see on this screenshot: I have further pinpointed it to /httpdocs/modules/ps_facetedsearch/vendor/symfony/yaml renaming the yaml , brings up the backend again. BUT IS THIS SAFE ????

Hi, After updating the "1 click upgrade" module the following issue occurs on the backend. Frontend is working normally. Oops! An Error Occurred The server returned a "500 Internal Server Error". Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. I have enabled debug mode and get the following message. Check the screenshot! This happens when I update the module from v4.0.0 arrow_forward v4.1.0 Also when I try to delete the module the same thing happens. So now I cannot upgrade or remove the module "1 click upgrade" For now I reverted back to a backup, but I need to be able to upgrade in the future. Who can help?

After updating the 1-click module the same shit happens here. Backend error 500 Enabled debug mode! And this is wat it says, anyone who has a solution?

Hi, check your PHP logs or call for a prestashop expert if you are in real emergency. Just google a prestashop expert and make that call! Maybe you can restore a backup with your hosting providor, or revert a snapshot when you have a VPS. Install a test prestashop and try to reproduce the issue, "add a customer to a new customer group" is this the first time you did this? My knowledge is limited in this issue, but just wanted to give you some advice. I have tested creating an acount and experienced the same issue. good luck!

Ik heb even verder gezocht en bij mij werkt hij nu in 1.7. https://github.com/PrestaShop/mailalerts Na installatie moet je het volgende doen If you have others languages of "en", check if you have the good repertories. By example if you have french language installed and if you don't have the repertory /modules/mailalerts/mails/fr/ you don't receive the mail alert. Dus ga naar modules/mailalerts/mails en kopier de map en en hernoem deze naar nl en plaats de map terug. In deze map staan allemaal *txt files met de Engelse vertaling, deze moet je handmatig vertalen. Als het werkt en je hebt de vertalingen uitgevoerd dan plaatst de zip van de module even terug op het forum groet Dennis
