Dear Forum Members, I would be really happy if you could help me with my problem. I'm trying to update my prestashop, from 1.7.1.0 to 1.7.2.4 with the 1-click module. I've downloaded everything manually, extracted them into the autoupdate/latest and started updating. (updating normally gave an internal server error at decompressing the archive, which I could not solve with changing the timeout and memory value in the php.ini) The manual update works fine, till updating the vendor/symfony/src/Symfony/Component/Yaml/inline.php. Before, it says 696 files left to upgrade. There I get the error: [Ajax / Server Error for action upgradeFiles] textStatus: "error " errorThrown:"Internal Server Error " jqXHR: " " Screenshot see attached. I've tried to update the shop several times, changing the php.ini memory and timeout limit, also changing the prestashop switch for non-native modules. The update always gets stuck at the very same file. Do you have an idea how can I solve this problem? I would really appreciate your help! Thank you. Best Regards, Marcell

Hey Antoine, Thank you for your help! Unfortunately, this is what I get if I would like to open a ticket: "Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, [no address given] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. " Is there a documentation available for the actual One-click module for PS 1.7? I have not found any. Is there maybe something on the manual update from 1.7? I have not found it in the help either. Thank you for your help. Cheers, Marcell

Hi Planterarius, I would really aprecciate if you maybe can help me. I was trying to refresh from 1.7.1.0 to 1.7.1.1 with One-Click and I didn't suceed. My One-Click update module is up to date. I did the following things: downloaded the prestashop 1.7.1.1.zip, uploaded it to my server, to /admin/autoupgrade/download/ extracted it to /admin/autoupgrade/latest/prestashop/, checked the check list, everything green. If I click to the update now then it only jumps to the top of the site were it says, I also have to back up everything manually, which I also did. I was also trying to fill out the link, hash, archive, ... , points but the situation has not changed. I was a bit confused that it was asking for the version to upgrade to times, once with a start as field which must be filled out, and once without. I filled out both with 1.7.1.1. Do you maybe have a clue, what how can I solve this problem? Thank you for your help! Best regards, Marcell

Szia Attila!

Problémák a szállítási költség kiszámolásával, Euróból Forintra

Köszönöm szépen a gyors választ. Köszönöm a segítségeteket. Üdv, Suri- 5 replies

Sziasztok! A postázás 4,6 Euróba került, ami 1380 Ft lenne.

Dear Community! I am quite new to prestashop and trying to create my own shop in two languages, Hungarian and German. I'am using Prestashop 1.7.0.6 with the Classic template. Unfortunately I'm stuck with a problem and I would really appreciate the help of some experienced users. My problem is the following: - My main currency is Euro but I also would like to sell products to Hungary in HUF. The exchange rate is: 1 Euro = 300 HUF in the webshop. So far, so good. - In the shop everything is displayed correctly, as far I experienced, BUT - At checking out, the shipping cost 4,6 Euros is multiplied with two time 300. So the correct shipping would be 1480 but it it displays 414 000 HUF (4,6 X 300 X 300). - Also at selecting the shipping options, the wrong shipping cost is shown. - In the summary the details, and the complete sum are correct, so the shipping is there with 1480 Ft, but above it is displayed with 414 000 HUF. - The same phenomena occurs if I define some extra fees for the shipping at the product page. For the illustration I have attached a picture. Do you maybe have a clue, how can I solve this problem? If so, can you please detail it, so that it is understandable for a beginner like me? I would be really happy if you could help me. Best Regards, Suri
