  1. Hi all, So it's been about 6-8 weeks since my Prestashop Stores went live (after 1.5 years of development - HOT TIP: hire a reputable, certified and trusted developer/s from the start....) and I am just trying to sort through a few teething issues.... One of them is Partial Refunds. I have processed a Partial Refund correctly (I think) in Prestashop Back Office but no Refund is actually being processed by Paypal, that I can see...? Maybe I am misunderstanding the capabilities of Prestashop and that I still have to actually do a manual refund in Paypal myself, but I would of thought Prestashop would be capable of this Please see my attached screen captures (with notes) to see what I mean.... thanks for any/all help...!
  2. Just sent an enquiry through your website El Patron
  3. How is the Gold, Silver Level obtained, El Patron?
  4. Oh, so companies can 'pay to look good'? Not what I was hoping to hear. Level Status (Gold, Silver, etc) should be based on Prestashop/Developer Skills (Tested) and Genuine Customer Feedback/Reviews. Of course, it's ok to charge some sort of licence/administrative fee, but the fee should be the same for everyone, and you shouldn't be able to pay for a Gold or Platinum Level.... I hope I'm wrong and this isn't the case.
  5. Thank you! Do you know how exactly they become certified i.e. is there some sort of testing involving? What determines whether the agency has a Platinum, Gold, Silver, etc?
  6. I'm sure there's a list of Certified Prestashop Developers somewhere, but I can't find where?? I'm needing someone who knows Prestashop and it's various coding languages inside and out. I need the best of the best. Someone very experienced for immediate and on-going work.
  7. Will check out your website bellini... as I still need work done and perhaps need to get the module fixed to include what you say about the hook. Where are you located and do you use a third party program like Upwork?
  8. OK, I get it now and can see why it's been built that way, thanks It's just so annoying when I just want to make a little change, like remove or change the logo. As I have to go and update the ID in other modules.
  9. Thanks for your reply To me, it would be so much better, and make more sense, to just delete a carrier and create a new one, if you needed to.
  10. Oh, Prestashop... I have such a love/hate relationship with you. Some of your features are sooo good and others are just plain crazy. Take this for example: Every time I make a change to a Carrier in the Carrier Module...even a small one such as in the 'Time Delay' field, the ID for the carrier is deleted and a new one is assigned. This is CRAZY! This is causing so many broken connections to other modules within Prestashop. Why oh why does it work this way...      :o :o
  11. Hi y'all, Just did a test order and am trying to figure out why the order_conf email has been sent in the English language, instead of Spanish. I created a Spanish customer account and I checked the database and the id_lang is Spanish in the customer table. I also received a welcome email in Spanish. So what's going wrong with the order_conf email? All translations are there and correct but Prestashop is 'calling' the wrong template. ETA: Just changed the shipping status and Prestashop is also calling the English in_transit email template, instead of the Spanish one.
  12. Did you ever find a solution to this? I'm having the same problem.
