Hello! I applied price reduction to a product on back office and suddendly all of my store went 50% off. There are lots of products that weren't even on sale, and if I browse their product sheet on backoffice there are no specific prices applied. But on the front office it shows all prices with 50% off anyway. Is this some kind of bug or override? How can I fix it? Seems like something is overriding the prices and set everything to 50% off... I've got the store down because I can't have aeverything with 50% discount. Any help would be great. Thanks a lot, best regards Nuno

Hello everyone, I'm facing an issue which I can't seem to solve anyway. I've defined Free Shipping over XX € on the Carriers section - this way I can set Free Sipping on orders over X € for my country, and for orders over Y € for other countries. 1) The problem is I also have a voucher/cart rule for first orders, which offers -10%, and I'd like to make it non cumulative: If you get free shipping, you can't use the 10% voucher and vice-versa. 2) Also, is there anyway to apply the 10% voucher/cart rule to the total order value (with shipping taxes if applicable) and not just on the product value? Any help is welcome! Thanks in advance. Best regards, Nuno Costa

Attribute Order on Product Page
nunofc replied to nunofc's topic in Upgrading PrestaShop from a previous version
Hello Knowband Plugins, Thanks for your help. I'm a bit of a newbie when it comes to code editing so: I found the file Product.php in /public_html/classes and found the following line: public function getAttributesGroups($id_lang) Can you please help me on what I should write to Order by alphabetical/numerical order? Thanks in advance and best regards, Nuno -
Hello. We have a clothing store based on Prestashop 1.6.1.6. There's an issue we noticed and are not beeing able to solve, so we decided to ask for a little help. On the product sheet (Backoffice) the combinations for each product are added in the following order: Note that we only use 1 color per product, so the variations are in the size. As you see, it looks like 36, 37, 38, 39... But when we look into the product sheet on the Front Office, the drop down menu where you may choose your size looks a total mess with no order at all: Is there any code we may enter on product.tpl file so the sizes on the drop down menu (Front office product sheet) appear in the same order as added on the Backoffice (first image)? Thanks in advance for any kind of help! This issue makes the product page not look clean at all... Best regards, Nuno Costa

Hello. We have a clothing store based on Prestashop 1.6.1.6, and we noticed an issue that we haven't been able to solve. Example: On the product sheet at back office, the combinations are added in the following order: But in the product sheet on the front office, the drop down menu shows the combinations (in this case for size, as we only have one color per product) messed up: It should show 36, 37, 38, 39... Is there any code we can enter on product.tpl so it shows the attribute in the same order it is added on the product sheet (back office)? I guess this way looks a bit messed up and not clean at all. Thanks in advance for any help. Best regards, Nuno Costa

Hello Nemo1, Thanks for the help. It seems kinda complicated and it's not that urgent for now, I thought there would be an easier way. One last question: Is there a way I can center the subcategories text on the page? I mean they are "centered" but not in the center of the page. Already checked css file and there's a text-align: center ; anyway it seems it's just centered on the left. I've attached an image to explain better what I'd like to do. Thank you very much one more time for your help. Best regards, Nuno Costa- 11 replies

One more question, a little bit different... I have the manufacturers on my top horizontal menu (changed name from manufacturers to brands) When I do the mouse-over brands and the brands appear on a list, they are appearing in alphabetical order but on the horizontal, like: A... B.... C.... D.... E.... F... G... H.... Is there anyway I can sort it on alphabetical order but on the vertical? I'd like it to appear this way: A.... F.... B.... G.... C.... H.... D.... I.... E.... J.... There's an image in attachment for a better ex. Thanks once again. Best regards, Nuno Costa- 11 replies

Hello! Thanks a lot for your help. Already removed the images and the space inbetween My last question is how can I make it appear on a list... I've tried some CSS codes but it doesn't seem to work. Currently it is showing like this (attached image): Subcategories: Clothes Shoes Toys Others I want it to show like: Subcategories: - Clothes - Shoes - Toys - Others Is this possible? What I really mean is, show the list in a vertical orientation instead of horizontal. Many thanks for the attention and for the time spent. Best regards, Nuno Costa- 11 replies

Hello Thanks a lot for your help. The images are now gone! Another little question: Is it possible to get rid of the blank space (as you can see in the attached image)? And make it more like a list: - Coats and jackets - Sweaters - Knits - Shirts etc... Thanks in advance. Best regards, Nuno Costa- 11 replies

Hello. I've got a question. Is there any way that I can make the categories appear in a list, instead of appearing with images as default? (prestashop 1.6.1.4) Example - I want it to show like this: -Clothes -Shoes -Toys -Others Instead of what's happening in the attached image. I've put blank images but doesn't look that good. Thanks in advance for any help. Best regards, Nuno Costa

Any help on this would be extremely welcome, since I can't put the shop working properly without editing or saving products. I tried to do a fresh installment of prestashop and it worked fine, I was able to create and save products, then when I loaded my previous backed up files from the shop the issue came on again. Thanks in advance Best regards
