Hi there, I am getting desperate. I needed to do a clean install of Prestashop 1.6.1.12 since the database on the old install got corrupted. I have exported all categories into a csv file but I can't import it, I get the following error: 107 errors The category ID cannot be the same as the Root category ID or the Home category ID. Golfvogne (ID: 14) cannot be saved etc. I have tried everything but nothing works, probably I haven't tried the right way, hope someone can help. Hi there, I have a major problem. I am trying to upgrade a clients Prestashop version 1.6.1.6 with 1 click upgrade, but every time it gives me an error 503. I have checked that it has nothing to do with safe mode etc, and right now we can't update any prices etc. What would you suggest me to do?

Any ideas anyone? The problem with double Cart ID's (double entries into database) started on 27 july 2016. I have went through my entire Cart ID's and Orders and have found 7 instances where it has made those doubles. 27.07.2016 Cart ID 1213 becomes order ID's 748+749 16.08.2016 Cart ID 1287 becomes order ID's 771+772 27.08.2016 Cart ID 1345 becomes order ID's 802+803 27.07.2016 Cart ID 1358 becomes order ID's 792+793 16.08.2016 Cart ID 1387 becomes order ID's 806+807 27.07.2016 Cart ID 1406 becomes order ID's 816+817 16.08.2016 Cart ID 1481 becomes order ID's 838+839 Hope anyone can help or maybe have found the same errors.

Hi there, I have two very big problems with a Prestashop 1.6.1.6 installation at scandinaviangolf.dk First and most urgent: Prestashop have stopped saving shopping carts for some reason but when a customer wants to pay it works, I get a message from payment processor with my Cart ID, but when I want to look in Prestashop it's not there and no order either??? Second problem is this: Sometimes Prestashop duplicates a Cart ID and creates to equal rows in the database with same details, when the customer returns from payment it then split the order up into two orders and charge shipping on both?? Hope someone can help.

I have purchased this module Seo Redirects 301, 302, 303 for my client Claus Kudsk Jorgensen The las Module works like a dream but Seo Redirects doesn't work at all. I have entered all the old and new URL's and no redirect. Example of missing redirect: https://scandinaviangolf.dk/vin/rodvin/707-ace-one-shiraz.html should redirect to (301): https://sgvinklub.dk/australien/ace-one-shiraz.html But doesn't, why?

Hi Vekia, Just wanted to be sure before ordering. Is it Pretty/Clean URLs Pro you are talking about ? I hmanage a Wine shop for a client and are currently using Advanced URL and we have subcategories in 3 different Categories that are all the same like Australia, France, BaginBox etc. Can your module handle that ? Hi Shokinro, Yes it was a clean install. I have added all products one by one. The only thing that is different from the old store is that I'm using characteristics in the new one. Like which type of wine, country etc.
