  1. I have now just solved the authorisation issue by deleting the mails folder which was in the files related to the theme in use on the site. I am also missing the PayPal picture but not sure how to solve that one!
  2. We have recently been experiencing problems with PayPal module. Customer pays as guest checkout by card then gets either blank screen or error message. Payment is, however, received in our PayPal account and in back office shows as Authorization Accepted by PayPal. This is rapidly becoming a serious issue. Any advice most welcome. Rob C

  6. Just wondering if there will be a version 1.6.1.9, which was intended to fix product editing & creation bug in Google & potentially other browsers. Some modules & templates indicate compatibility with 1.6.1.9, but the available downloads show 1.6.1.8 as last version now that 1.7 stable is released. If I don't want to go with 1.7 just yet, should I just use the patch fix mentioned in other posts for the product edit bug or carry on waiting for a 1.6.1.9?

  9. We have a recurrent problem with customers attempting to order using an iPad. Specifically they do not see a field to enter their postcode which is required & so they cannot proceed with their order. We are running Prestashop version 1.6.09 at http://paddockplants.co.uk . Any advice much appreciated, as this is becoming a serious issue for us.

  11. We too have just started to have this issue on our shop after no previous history of errors & smooth update to Prestashop 1.6 some months ago. Can't suggest a solution but would be interested if anyone out there has any ideas.

  13. Yeah. Think I'll give it a few more days to see if an Update button appears on my installed 3.7.2 module. Not holding my breath, though.
  14. Same here. Running Prestashop 1.6.0.9 with PayPal module version 3.7.2. No available update shown. Does it depend on what country you are in? We are UK based.
