Hi there, I am working on editing the email templates for when orders are placed and shipped. There are like 60 emails; which ones are sent when? Is it possible to send a test email to myself? Whenever I edit the email template for "order_conf" I get the following error: Invalid mail name "._error_reporting" I have changed the email subject numerous times, but it will not change. The email subject for the template "shipped" does not even show (No Subject was found for shipped in the database.) Then when I change the order status to "shipped" I receive the following error An error occurred while sending an email to the customer. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks!

Hi there, I am trying to configure the Paypal module but somehow the link to go to Paypal to make the payment is not working. Both the Paypal Checkout and the Paypal paying on the very bottom/last step have an invalid link. Rather than go the payment they link to https//gardensofthesun.net/modules/paypal/express_checkout/payment.php and of course this server cannot be found. The ":" sign is missing in the link. Kind of freaking out here, as the shop is set to go live in 14 hours with a big launch party. Any ideas on what I am doing wrong? Or how I can change this? Thanks! Meri

Hi Y, I might have a similar problem. I have issues with the Paypal Login option like many other users seem to have (Relying Party Validation error: redirect_uri provided in the request does not match with the registered redirect_uri. Please check the request.), but also the normal Paypal checkout options have an issue with a bad link. It sends to https// ... and it misses the ":" sign in this. The server cannot be found and as a result no payments can be made Hope you find a solution soon! I'll be checking here. Best, Meri

Hi Ron, Thanks for looking into this! At first I tried setting the carrier shipping as price based. But somehow it calculates the price per product. So if for $1 to $249 shipping per region is $5, then $5 is the shipping fee per product. For two products the shipping fee becomes $10. I have submitted a ticket to Prestashop a few days back but not response yet

I want one price for standard shipping to all locations, regardless of how many products. So a single price per cart. Free shipping applies to orders over a certain value. I am trying to set a shipping fee for 100 gram weight and marking each product as 1 gram weight. But somehow it's not working and I get this shipping fee for each product. Upgraded shipping does still differ per location, but only around one out of forty orders uses this.

Are there any modules available for flat rate shipping? Doing this manually is simply a nuisance.

I moved to self-hosted Prestashop and I'm using the Visual Composer Page Builder module to create the FAQ. I tried FAQ add-on, but it was hard to link that through as it didn't come as a CMS page, and I couldn't easily change the order of the questions and answers.

Where can I indicate processing time needed to prepare an order? I have some products that are ready to ship in 1-3 business days, but also products that are custom made and take 2-4 weeks before they are ready to ship. Is there any way to easily indicate this on the product page? Or do you know of any modules for this? Thanks!

Hi there, I would like to add the feature "ring size", so that potential customers can use the catalog function to easily search for a certain ring size they would like. Now I have some model rings that come in multiple sizes. Is it possible to add multiple features to one product in Prestashop 1.6 or is it only possible with an add-on? Thanks!
