Import Problem - First row doesn't get imported (PS 1.4)

Hi all,

I'm working with PrestaShop 1.4 final release.

I'm importing some CSV files which contains categories. The first row of my CSV file is not getting imported. I don't get any error, but when I check my catalog, I see that the first row has not been imported. This happens with most of the imports that I do.

When I get this problem, I try to import the row alone, modifying my CSV file. The the row is imported but the system doesn't give me the ID that I have assigned to the category, the system assign to this category the next ID of the last category. This is a problem, because if the system gives me a different ID for the category, I will have problems when I import my products.

Do you know why the system doesn't import the first row of my CSV?

Do you know why the system doesn't assign to my category the ID that I have specified? This is an autonumeric number problem, so could I solve this problem in any way?
