customers logged in without access to categories/products.

Hello, how are you?
When the customer is logged into the store, the Featured Products portion of HomePage is not displayed, and if the customer clicks to view the products they receive the following message: You do not have access to this category. however the products are displayed, if he clicks on any product he is redirected to a page with the following message: You do not have access to this product.

I have already checked the category and product permissions and they are set correctly.

If I deactivate and re-enable the client, it will have access normally.
