kevinpark Posted August 23, 2019 Share Posted August 23, 2019 I have bought an Alexa echo device from amazon but it's not working actually the product was damage i have contact to amazon echo troubleshooting they told me to return the product I have pay through my PayPal account to for this product so I returned my product then ask for refund then after 3 days when I call the amazon customer service for refund they told me that we processed the refund from our end you can check your PayPal account, if in case you didn't receive the payment then you can contact the PayPal now what can I do now?
