LordZord Posted August 22, 2019 Share Posted August 22, 2019 So, at my work they gave me a bug to fix in a system with prestashop and a payment addon, I don't remember quite well what is the name of the code and I don't even know where they are defined, the code is a bit confusing. However I know it's a code 15, which is not associated with any email format, so whenever there's a Pending payment email to send, it insteads sends a payment success. My question is, I've looked everywhere but I can't find where the formats are imported and associated to each code, I know I would need to make a new mail format, but how do I associate it to a status code?
