Product Features Not working

On our product page we have "View Different Colors" section, where customers can see different color variations for the same product. We add them through the product features.  We do the same thing for all products, but unfortunately, it does not work in some cases.  Below, you can see an example of one working variation, and one with the bug. No matter what we do, only 1 color shows up for the second product page. 

     

 

In the product features page, both have the same setting, 

 

Anyone else had this problem?
