[SOLVED] Sign up & login error

Hi,

First of all, I'm new using Prestashop so it might be a noobie question but I didn't find the answer in the FAQ or the documentation.

I've been working on my website for 6 months now and everything related to the inscription of new customers was fine.

But for the last couple of days, we can't sign up any new account in my website or even get log in. Everytime I try to fill the form (sign up or log in) I only get a blank webpage. 

When I fill the sign up form, the account is correctly created in my database but he never receives the confirmation email.

My settings related to this haven't change so I don't understand.

EDIT: I uploaded the screen of the debug page for the login error

 

 

EDIT 2 : I find out it's the MailChimp module that cause it... Forget about it
