olikingkong Posted August 17, 2019 Share Posted August 17, 2019 Hello everyone, We are currently facing a problem with the connection between our order handling module and our shop. When we try to make some test orders, the first 2 goes smooth through. But afterwards the orders gets stuck and the order handling module tells us it is not there. It tries to connect to https://bshop.dk/api/addresses/41 and fetch the order information, but fails. We have setup the order integration and the module is set up right with api keys etc. After updating our prestashop from 1.7.5 to the newest version. We get a message in the Webservice tab telling us to activate the Apache-module "mod_auth_basic". Furthermore the CGI for PHP is not activated. Could this be a problem with our server settings? We are using: Prestashop version 1.7.6.0 Siteground for hosting Shipmondo (order handling module) Thank you in advance! Best regards Oliver D.
