Live Edit ERROR

muy buenas a todos soy algo nuevo en prestashop estoy usando la version 1.6.1.6 desde web en una pagina que ya fue previamente creada agregando unas cositas nuevas y bueno probando temas para realizar un cambio estetico en la pagina se me aplico un tema nuevo pero sin eliminar el tema viejo y bueno para corregir esto supe de la funcion del live edit sin embargo cuando entro en ella me sale un aviso de “technical error, error al cargar los modulos“ si alguien me puede colaborar con esto estaria muy agradecido 

greetings i am a little bit new in prestashop and i am using the version 1.6.1.6 from web (not instaled in the pc) the web page was already created so i am just making some changes and adding a new thing because o this i was going to make a visual change but i ruined it lol and now i have to fix it and well i found out than prestashop have this function called Live Edit but when i try to use it to fix the mess i did it appears a message telling me “technical error, error cant load modules“ if anybody here can help me with that i would appreaciate it a lot
