Can't access to back office

I can't access anymore to the back office.

I got his message:

This page isn’t working
dreammakersparty.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

How can I fix this?

Try to enable the debug mode to see what's going wrong. It will give you more info about the issue.

So now I am in debug mode so I can access to the back office. That's great. But when I turned off the debug mode I can't access to the back office again.

delete "/var/cache/dev" and "/var/cache/prod" folder and see the result
