I need a specific SQL query to extract a report with the below fields. Prestashop version is 1.6.1.7

1. Customer first name and Last name

2. Invoice Number

3. Invoice Date

4. Order Date

5. Shippers address or Location

6. Delivery address

7. Product name

8. Respective Product cost

9. shipping cost

10. Total invoice amount
