[SOLVED][PS 1.7.5.2] CSV import products return "picture cannot be saved"

Hi,

 

Yesterday on a ecommerce running Prestashop 1.7.5.2 all images got mixed up because of sync problem with CRM .

I tried to fix it and meanwhile to do something quick I renamed /img/p directory (and made a new one with same permissions, 0755), delete all entries in db table ps_image so I got no images but at least no wrong ones (i do have backup of the table entries).

This morning I'm trying to import images back through native CSV import but I get this error "*** picture *** cannot be saved" and I'm stuck.

(CSV file I'm using is the one worked last time)

 

Any hint to fix this?

Solved:

CAUTION: LIKE THIS YOU DELETE ALL IMAGES FROM SHOP

- rename /img/p to /img/p_old

- create new /img/p with 0755 permission

- delete all entries of ps_image (made backup before)

- delete all entries of ps_image_shop (made backup before)

CSV import worked flawlessy
