Davie Smith Posted March 28, 2011 Share Posted March 28, 2011 Hi,I have had three orders from my newly upgraded Prestshop site (Currently running 1.4.0.17). As wonderful as it is to have new order from new customers, there is a down side!Each customer has registered and completed their orders and paid for them using PayPal. We have received the PayPal notification that new funds were added by the customer, but in the back office, there has been no order created and the customer hasn't received the usual e-mail notifications to confirm their order and payment etc.If you can help with this I would be extremely grateful!Thanks in advance...David Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
