shokinro
from error message. It seems that there is a problem following file/shop/modules/blockrss/blockrss.phpI guess it is damaged if you didn't modify the file.try to remove the module physically from the modules folder if you are not using it.Or try to restore it with original version from original package of PrstaShop. shokinro
open your admin and go on modules. search for the blockrss and delete or disable it. I guess you need to delete it, not just disable it.if you really have to use this blockrss module, try to replace this module with the original one from original PrestaShop package. I guess some files are damaged during your file transferring?

It seems that you are using https, you need to install SSL certificate. If you don't have SSL certificate, you need to remove SSL settings.back office - preference
