Missing combinations after hosting migration in back office and product page (Prestashop 1.6.1.2

I am using prestashop 1.6.1.2 with Panda theme. Last night my hosting provider migrate my account to another server, I turned off enable shop feature.

After the migration there are some problems, turning on enable shop is not working when saved, directly going to 500 error page.

Also there are products with missing combinations on combinations tab (back office product editor), but still have the quantity for each combinations on quantities tab. Combinations also missing on product page, so visitor cannot choose a combination for the product. I need help how to fix this problem.
