error on line 3 at column 1: Extra content at the end of the document

Hello

I am doing a manual upgrading to version fra 1.7.4.3 to  1.7.6 following the instruction here:

https://devdocs.prestashop.com/1.7/basics/keeping-up-to-date/upgrade/

When I am running the https://<my store>/install/upgrade/upgrade.php   from my web browser I got the following error:

This page contains the following errors:

error on line 3 at column 1: Extra content at the end of the document

Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.

 

Any clue what this could be ????

I got a complete backup of files and database so I am fine but wonder about this error.

I don't find much about it in the manual.
