Customer Service Options issues

I've been trying to set up the email configuration in Customer Service Options but I keep getting the messages "IMAP configuration is not correct" or "Cannot connect to the mailbox :
[CLOSED] IMAP connection broken (server response)
". The IMAP settings  (URL, username, port & password) are correct according to my server but I just cannot get this to work. I've tried various different configurations of the YES/NO buttons on the IMAP options but no joy. Also tried configuring it for POP3 but I get the same messages. Anyone know how to set this up?
