Make Custom Module for import product and category from csv and relationship between that two

Hello,

I am making custom module which can import category and product from csv file and it's relationship. but issue is category is import in category section but is is not display in front side top menu. when i edit that category and then check it is show me in top menu but when i am importing from my custom module it is not display can you help me for that.
