Help setting up in a subfolder but not showing in URL.

Looking for help on setting up Prestashop on a shared hosting. I would like to save it in a sub-folder. but don't show it on a URL.

example

http://website.com/sub-folder

I would like it to look like this:

http://website.com

Now I don't know if this is the community to ask this, but its a start.

You need to point out your domain "http://website.com" to "root directory/sub-folder" path.

My hosting provider dont allow pointing a main domain to a subfolder, show i wrote a .htaccess file to redirect but is not showing 

 

 

What can i do.
