Seems many posts about upgrading and specifying which version to which version... None seem to mention my version: 1.6.1.18 What instructions should I follow? If it makes any difference my shop very simple, embryonic really, so there's not masses of data to worry about for instance and quite a bit I suppose I'd be happy to do again from scratch if it were quicker/easier. AlleyKat Posted July 9, 2019 Share Posted July 9, 2019 If you mean upgrade (to 1.7), I don't think you need to do anything at all, just follow the standard upgrade procedure and the script takes care of it all by itself. Of course you should start out by making a complete backup of all files and database first, but to the best of my knowledge this should be a straightforward upgrade. If you just mean update to latest 1.6, that should be equally easy, as it's a rather minor update. As long as you start out with a proper backup, you can hardly mess anything up.
