Matching equivalence colors and sizes

We sell clothes, T.shirts etc ...

We have about 40 suppliers.

Each supplier offers about 300 references, each reference comes in about 10 colors each with a different name (canary yellow, sunflower yellow, light yellow, dark yellow etc etc ...). Some suppliers express their colors in other languages (French, German, Spanish etc ...)

in total 40 suppliers x 300 references x 10 colors = 120000 names of different colors.

The principle and almost identical for sizes and sizes: 00; 0; 1; 2. 3: etc // 36; 38; 40; 42; 44 etc. // XS; S; M; L; XL; XXL ect // Single size 35; 36; 37; 38: 39; 40; 41; 42 // 35-36; 37-38; 39-40; 41-42 etc ...)

in total an average of 10 sizes X 8 to 10 different type gradation = 100 sizes

You will understand that in our Front Office COLOR and SIZE filter, we can not display 120000 colors of different names and 100 different sizes.

We are therefore looking for a module to associate color equivalents by suppliers.

Example: Supplier "A" offers 300 colors including 10 different yellow, each different yellow must be able to be associated with a reference yellow simply named "Yellow" (the one that will be displayed on the Front Office and will regroup all the yellows named differently by our suppliers).

Ditto for sizes.

Does anyone know of a module suitable for this color and size management.

I don't think that many people have issue like this, so there will not be module for your case. I think you need custom development.
