[Solved] Edit Shipping details

Hello,

First of all I am running 1.7.5.1, the issue is I tried to add a shipping number into an order, but I can't click edit, all that button does is adding a # at the end of the url, nothing else. 
So my question is pretty simple, how do I add a tracking number to the shipping field of an order ?

When you click "Edit" PrestaShop should open pop-up, however in your case it doesn't do it.

There can be many reason for that but we should start with simple one:

1) Do you use any ad-blocker?

2) If you press F12 button in Chrome and choose console do you see any red error messages?

3) Do you have some third-party module that adds additional functionality for orders?

1. I have ad-blocker, but disabled on my site.

2. F12 shows this: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()

3. No, all default orders and shipment

Okay, now we should investigate more. Something is not loaded (nr2). If it's image well it doesn't matter, however if it's javascript it might be the cause of all your issues.

Okay the following script is failing:

I never saw error like this myself so I am not sure if that might the issue.

It says that your template is missing two files for some reason.

Okay, I fixed the issue by copying the files from the admin/theme directory into the themes directory, now I get the pop-up window and the errors are gone
