Simonas Invertus Posted July 9, 2019 Share Posted July 9, 2019 First of all you should backup only public_html folder and nothing else. file names that start with dot usually are configuration files on server and you should ignore them. El Patron Posted July 9, 2019 Share Posted July 9, 2019 I had/have same issue, what are you using to backup. Is this ftp? backup's are best done at hosting level, i.e. you use your hosting control panel to backup your files and db. You can then is some control panels download those files. anyway you are trying to copy files that probably 'should not' be copied as they are part of cloudlinux configuration. this is probably not a PS topic and you should consider contacting your hosting company. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
